As Carphone Warehouse matured from ‘cheeky’ upstart to one of the big players in its marketplace we helped them meet the changing demands of customers and employees to stay ahead of the game.


Engaging tools to enhance performance

Following a highly-successful leadership conference for the top 200, we created a toolkit for managers containing a set of interactive and easy to use tools to help them engage their teams in current performance. The approach explored the case for change, the vision for the future and the strategies to ensure they delivered the ‘five fundamentals’ of the business in order to stay ahead of the game and be ‘the customers’ champion’.

Driving change at a local level

The programme was rolled out by store managers across the fleet, ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to understand how the business was performing, what changes to the business were required and crucially to contribute their ideas for how best to implement those changes at a local level.
