Achieving commitment and buy in

Global services provider Serco recognised that their annual leadership conference was an ideal opportunity to achieve buy in and commitment to their new leadership framework.

Learning map based conference session

We developed learning map based tools to enable conference delegates to explore the business case for the new framework, how the leadership framework itself would work as part of their annual performance cycle and what were the personal implications of applying the model in practice.

The comprehensive leadership model was broken into different tiers and our approach brought a lot of clarity to some very detailed information.

Suite of tools for onward engagement

The conference session was then adapted for onward roll-out via team conversations. These were supported by a suite of digital tools to enable leaders to explore the model further. Finally, we also created tools to ensure that the content of the leadership model was threaded through business as usual process such as recruitment and annual performance reviews.
