MA Bio Ops: Supporting an ISO accreditation journey
We helped the global pharmaceutical company, Takeda, to support their MA Bio Ops project team on its journey to ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditation.
The challenge
MA Bio Ops, part of Takeda, was seeking ISO14001 and ISO 45001 accreditation in 2020. An important part of that process is the publication and communication of the company’s EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) policy and EHS Management System.
Our solution
Working closely with Takeda’s MA Bio Ops project team, we developed a suite of icons and animated infographics.
These are used for documents, and on posters and TV-screens in work-areas to help leaders and employees to understand the overall content of the EHS Management System and what the EHS priorities are for the company and how they should influence the work of teams and individuals.
