Shifting towards a high reliability SHE culture
Starting with baseline measurement to understand the current SHE culture at Victrex, we supported them with developing and implementing a culture change journey to help move towards a more, high reliability SHE culture.
We worked alongside the Victrex SHE team to develop an engagement and learning programme that created a solid foundation for embedding the right culture within the organisation.
From involving employees around the world in the co-creation of Golden Rules for safety, to the development of an accountability framework and the creation of learning programme for leaders on their role in creating the right environment for improved SHE performance.
The cultural measurement is being repeated one year into the programme to check progress, gather feedback and inform the next stages of the culture change journey.
