Helping Ralph Lauren retail teams stay safe in store

Ralph Lauren is a business full of passionate people who feel proud to be part of the Ralph Lauren family. It’s a business which puts its people first and as soon as COVID-19 hit, the EMEA Corporate team moved fast to engage with those in store. As lockdowns eased across Europe, they knew they needed to reassure their teams that effective operating procedures were being put in place to keep them and their customers safe.

 

High-quality animations produced at speed

Using the same look and feel created for the Ralph Lauren Learning Portal app, we created two animations – each reflecting Ralph Lauren’s different store types. These showed the key processes being introduced to help people stay safe in store – from occupancy rates and regular cleaning to setting clothes aside and screens at the registers.

The animations were written, designed, storyboarded, programmed, translated and voice-overs recorded – all within an incredibly short timeframe, so they could be ready as European stores began to re-open.

EMEA-wide launch

Initially voiced in 10 languages, the animation proved so valuable to the business that it was also recorded and rolled out for the US market.
