Airbus: Developing business leaders who impact EHS performance
We worked with the global aerospace manufacturer, Airbus Leadership University, to create a two-day Masterclass for leaders from all areas of the business, enabling them to explore and understand how the decisions they take and the behaviours they demonstrate directly impact upon the Environment, Health and Safety culture.
Our solution
Each two-day Masterclass had 16-24 participants, a diverse mixture of senior executives from across Airbus’ divisions and functions.
The Masterclass is an immersive, active learning experience using a range of highly-involving materials to engage senior leaders in how Airbus is performing in the areas of Environment, Health and Safety and to explore how they personally can impact future performance, no matter what their role in the business.
The masterclass enabled discussion and commitments to the leadership behaviours required to ensure Airbus plays its part in minimising its environmental impacts and reducing health and safety risks.
The outcome
The two-day Masterclass engaged all senior executives in Airbus – raising awareness and, importantly, motivating them to play their part in continued EHS improvement.
