We worked with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) colleagues from across Rolls-Royce businesses to design an interactive one-day workshop to engage leaders in the critical role they play in delivering high reliability HSE performance.
Rolls-Royce has an ambition to create an high reliability HSE culture throughout the organisation. They want HSE to be part of the organisation’s DNA, threaded seamlessly through all business decisions and day-to-day activities.
They recognise that the shift in culture required to consistently deliver high reliability HSE goes way beyond the HSE function and involves leaders from every area of the business.
We worked with Rolls-Royce to understand what high reliability HSE means in reality and then to to create a bespoke, hard hitting workshop that enables leaders to understand how they can directly impact and influence HSE performance in the business.
Feedback on the workshop has been overwhelmingly positive.
