Mark is an expert in the design and delivery of learning processes that engage thousands of people in a single organisation.
Mark has always been a ‘people’ person. He started his career in the cut and thrust of the IT recruitment industry but after 5 years ‘pimping IT programmers’ moved into the management consultancy arena. When most of his colleagues were focusing on process improvements Mark began his understanding of the true power of involving people in the changes that are happening within their organisation. Following spells working in the UK, US and Europe, Mark has spent the last 13 years’ helping organisations around the world to engage their people in a vast array of change-related challenges.
During this time he has had the pleasure of working with some of the leading organisations in the world, spanning a wide variety of industries including retail, energy, IT, telecommunications, automotive, financial services, manufacturing and distribution.
As a down-to-earth ‘Northerner’, Mark’s clients value his pragmatism as much as his creativity.
